Tin hau temple was placed in direct proximity. Everything we needed was available: a lounge, a couch and a bed. The staff was great, and we had the benefit of just 15 minutes' walk right to Yau ma Tei Theatre. Would definitely recommend it...

The hotel lift need to walk up 1 floor, there is an old lift at ground floor which is very very slow and for transport of goods/bags.

Fantastic location, quiet, spacious (for Hong Kong), secure and well designed. Staff were all extremely capable and helpful. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
The only mirror was the one above the bathroom basin. A full-length mirror would be useful.

The apartment was great with excellent facilities and with plenty of space, unlike other hotel rooms where you can't move in the room. It was very close to the train station and shopping.

Clean, Secure, Kind staff
It takes about twenty minutes for check-out. The staff checked my room and facilities in person, so I have to wait for twenty minutes. I can't understand it.

The cleanliness of the rooms, free WiFi, LCD Tv and DVD Player. Good courteous staff.
We had to pay for Half a day extra since the check in time was 2pm. They should have accomodated us as it was already 11 pm and should have considered not charging extra as we had a night flight and were travelling with an infant.

The room was great. The location was wonderful. Just a few blocks from Nathan Road. We found some wonderful places to eat with the locals that were outstanding. The service at CHI Residences 279 was second to none. Best of all the beds were so comfortable. Better than home!!

We were impressed by the thoughtfulness and small things like dumb bells in room for exercise and great wi fi complimentary water every day and cleanliness of room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back. The surrounding buildings were a bit of a shock when we got there but the chi residence was excellent.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, in particular we really want to say a big thank you to Ray, the night staff who greeted us on the first day of our arrival. We arrived at the hotel quite late, around 930pm, and he was so nice and cheerful and helpful in getting us settled into the room, and telling us where to get supper, and even walked out to the street entrance of the hotel to point us in the right direction. Such a lovely welcome for tired, hungry travellers, and he was always so friendly and sweet to my young kids every occasion we met. A special mention also goes to Fellin, the building manager, who helped us to get our Disneyland tickets and made it so easy for us and giving us all the tips! Overall, the hotel was very clean, toiletries were well stocked and the best part was we got fresh towels and freshly made beds everyday. A big thank you to our "invisible" housekeeper Zoe! The hotel is situated in the right location, and a manageable short distance to the MTR station (for parents of a toddler and a 5 year old), food places as well as the Temple Street night market. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends who are making their way to HK.
We booked a triple room, which did not look anything like the pictures put up on Booked.net. Just expect the triple room to be smaller than what you would imagine!
